"ERIS Mentoring Development
Center"
Focusing on Brooklyn, the ERIS Mentoring
Center seeks to develop
individual, organizational and institutional
mentoring capacity through
training, networking and technology. The Mentoring
Center provides the tools necessary for mentors
and organizations to reach their full potential
for public service. This program intends to
model best practices to help local mentoring
efforts, learn new ways to improve student performance
and develop practical techniques to solve problems
and overcome academic barriers. This program
will help managers, staff members, leaders,
and volunteers to create a more dynamic, successful,
